HELLO AND WELCOME TO HEALTHY WHOLE ME!

My journey to seek a wholesome way of living was fuelled by my own experience of breast cancer.

From the day of my diagnosis to getting my 5 years ‘no evidence of disease’, to becoming menopausal at the age of 40, lies a long journey of transformation. A journey that allowed me to fill up my very own wellbeing-toolbox to help me recover and rebuild my house – emotionally and physically.

Today I love sharing what is in that toolbox. There is so much each one of us can do each day to feel and live better. Welcome to Healthy Whole Me!
